Report a Barrier

If you encounter a physical, digital, or procedural barrier at UCLA that affects accessibility, the Center for Accessible Education (CAE) encourages students to report such issues to ensure equitable access for all.

How to Report an Accessibility Barrier

Barriers can be reported via the report a barrier forman online reporting form. Reports may be addressed directly by CAE or passed along to the campus ADA Coordinator for review. Individuals are encouraged to follow the steps below as well, if appropriate:

Additional Support

For immediate concerns or to discuss the barrier in person, you may schedule an advising appointment with your CAE Disability Specialist through the CAE Student Portal

If you are unsure who your assigned specialist is, contacting the main CAE office at (310) 825-1501 is recommended.

By reporting barriers, you contribute to making UCLA a more inclusive and accessible environment for everyone.
